Inservice on Friday

During the inservice on Friday our teachers will be reviewing the January 4Sight results. The preliminary data indicates that some students made some nice gains since September. Keep working hard to improve and learn throughout the school. We appreciate everyone's effort in making Curtin successful.

Get ready for the Pep Rally for Incentive Day on Monday, it should be a blast! Also, reminder that Tailgate reservations are being accepted until the end of school on Thursday. 3$ will get you dinnner, admission to the basketball game, and a ride to WAHS.

Reminder: The Curtin vs. Roosevelt basketball game on February 4th has been moved to the MAGIC DOME at WAHS. 7th grade will begin at 7PM with the 8th grade game to follow. Come on out and support the Governors!

Governors Roll!

The Curtin Governor 7th and 8th grade teams played excellent games vs. Roosevelt last week. I am really proud of our guys of putting forth a great effort.

Next game is this Saturday at home @11:00 AM.

A Christmas Carol - Reader's Theater

7th grade students from Ms. Marriott's language arts class did a reader's theater retelling of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. The rest of the 7th grade enjoyed the performance.

Chamber Choir Begins Rehearsal

Mrs. Hickey and the Curtin Chamber Choir has started to prepare for their annual musical. This year they will be doing Seussical the Musical. March 14 and 15 will be the perfomances.

Sorry about the blog delay. Holiday break and stuff has just came up. Forgetfulnes plays a role in this lapse as well.
